West Texas School Band Director Arrested on Child Sex Abuse Material Allegations, Texas Scorecard Reports

A school band director in West Texas has been arrested in connection with child sexual abuse material, according to a report published this week by Texas Scorecard. The outlet's account centers on the arrest of a district employee whose job placed him in regular contact with students.

As with any arrest, the allegations described in the reporting have not been tested in court, and the band director is presumed innocent unless and until there is a conviction.
