Pennsylvania Teacher and Athletic Coach Charged With Sex Offenses Involving Three Minors, Philadelphia Station Reports

A teacher in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, has been charged with sex offenses involving three minors, including a former student, NBC10 Philadelphia reported this week. The station reported that school officials confirmed the charges, which were announced by authorities in the county.

WFMZ, which also reported on the arrest, identified the accused as a teacher and athletic coach employed in the North Penn School District. Both outlets framed the case as an active criminal matter in its earliest stage, and neither reported that the accused has entered a plea.

The charges are allegations that have not been tested in court, and the accused is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Readers can find the full details of the charges, the district's response and the timeline of the investigation in NBC10's original reporting, linked as the source for this summary.
