Long Island Art Teacher Arrested on Stalking Charge Involving Former Student Who Accused Him of Rape

A Long Island art teacher has been arrested on a stalking allegation involving a former student who previously accused him of raping her while she was in his class, according to a report published by Breitbart News on September 4, 2026.

As described in that report, the woman who says she was raped by the teacher when she was his student is the same person he is now accused of stalking. The site is not naming the teacher, in keeping with its policy of referring to accused individuals by their role.

The stalking charge is an accusation and has not been proven in court, and the earlier rape allegation described in the report is likewise an allegation. Full details of the case, including the charges filed and the sequence of events reported by the outlet, are available in the original story linked here.
