Former Georgia Officer Indicted on Child Sexual Exploitation and Public Indecency Charges, Local Paper Reports
A former officer has been indicted in Cobb County, Georgia, on child sexual exploitation and public indecency charges, the Marietta Daily Journal reported in its September 19 edition.
According to the newspaper, the indictment includes two separate public indecency counts stemming from incidents alleged to have occurred in June 2025. In the first, the paper reported, he is accused of exposing himself in the parking lot of an elementary school in east Cobb while he was on duty.
The indictment reflects accusations only, and the reporting available at publication did not include a response from the former officer or his attorney.
